Bedrooms & beds
Unit 331 is a true 2-bedroom Telluride Lodge condo rental, not a studio with a pull-out and a wish. The primary bedroom has a king. The second bedroom has a queen plus twin bunks, which is the family arrangement most guests actually use. The living room has an American Leather sleeper sofa if you need a seventh bed.
Occupancy is Sleeps 6 (7 with the sleeper sofa; 6 adults max). That cap is the honest one for this floor plan: six adults is the maximum, even if a child could technically squeeze onto the sofa. Ski weeks and festival weeks feel better when someone still has a real bed. The ski closet sits at the front door, so wet gear never has to cross the bedrooms.
Bathrooms
There are 2 baths (1 toilet). The main bath is the one with a toilet and a soaking tub for the evening reset after Lift 7. The second bath has a shower and sink, not a second toilet. That layout matters at 6 a.m. with kids, so we say it plainly instead of calling the condo a generic “two-bath.”
In-unit laundry is next to the entry, which is the other practical bathroom-adjacent fact: you can dry gloves and towels without a lodge hallway trip. Housekeeping is not a hotel service here; you live in the condo for the week.
Telluride Lodge amenities
Telluride Lodge, not the unit itself, holds the communal indoor hot tub, outdoor hot tub, steam room, and showers on the center spine of the complex. A lodge key fob hangs on the hook by the Unit 331 door. A $150 fee applies if that fob is not returned. Pack a swimsuit; the walk from the condo is short.
Unit 331 is a lower-level condo with its own private deck and a rare private garden for this part of town. The lodge setup includes a communal BBQ grill and lodge bikes. Free Wi-Fi is in the condo. Clark’s Market is next to the Lodge, so grocery runs do not need a car.
Parking is one space at Telluride Lodge. A second car, an oversized vehicle, or friends driving separately need a public lot or the covered garage on Pacific Avenue. Street parking on Pacific fills quickly and is often time-limited.
Walk to Lift 7, the gondola and Main Street
Pacific Avenue runs along the south edge of town, one block off Colorado Avenue. Telluride Lodge sits at the west end in a park-like setting across the creek from Lift 7. That is the ski-day product: boots on in the ski closet, walk to Coonskin, walk home for lunch.
- 1 min walk to Lift 7 (Coonskin). Walk to the lift in ski boots.
- 10 min walk to Telluride Gondola. Or hop the free Galloping Goose across the street.
- 10–12 min walk to Colorado Ave / Main Street. Historic downtown, shops, and dinner.
The free Galloping Goose stops across the street if you would rather ride than walk downtown. Brown Dog Pizza is about an 11-minute walk. The gondola is the no-car link to Mountain Village. This is a town-base condo rental, not a Mountain Village ski-in hotel.
Good to know
Unit 331 is a lower-level condo. That is why it has the private garden, and why sound from neighbors or the path can carry more than an upper floor. We provide sound machines for that reason.
There is no air conditioning. Telluride nights at 8,750 feet are the cooling plan most weeks; open windows and the mountain air do the work. If you need a fob for the indoor hot tub and steam room, use the one on the hook and return it at checkout. A $150 fee applies if it is missing.
Check-in notes, lockbox details, and the minimum stay for your dates come in the booking email and on the calendar, not as a one-size rule on this page. Nightly rentals continue while the unit is listed for sale; ownership questions live on the ownership page.
Book direct vs VRBO
This is the same Unit 331 listed on VRBO: same layout, same location, same walk to Lift 7. Booking on telluride331.com skips the VRBO guest service fee. Direct stays can be booked up to 12 months ahead. Dates imported from VRBO show as unavailable here so you never double-book the condo.
Compare the full totals, not the nightly teaser. Then use the calendar on the homepage if the number you want to pay is the direct one. Telluride business license 914.
