Cancellation policy.
We use the same policy on our direct-booking site as we do on Vrbo — a Moderate policy — so the terms are identical no matter how you book Unit 331.
Refund schedule
- 30 or more days before check-in
- 100% refund
- 14–29 days before check-in
- 50% refund
- Within 14 days of check-in
- 0% refund
Good to know
- This matches the Moderate cancellation policy on our Vrbo listing, so the terms are the same however you book.
- Refunds apply to amounts already paid toward the stay. The damage protection fee is non-refundable once a stay is confirmed.
- Cancellations must be made in writing (email works) before the applicable cutoff to qualify for a refund.
- No-shows and early departures are treated as cancellations made on the day of arrival — no refund.
