Unit 331 is a lower-level condo with its own private deck and a rare private garden — a quiet park-like pocket at the west end of town.
Ski closet
A private ski closet sits right next to the front door, so you are not dragging wet gear through the living room.
Full kitchen
Recently remodeled with granite counters, stainless appliances, and a real dining table. Clark’s Market is practically attached to the building for groceries.
Washer & dryer
In-unit laundry for ski weeks, muddy summer trails, and longer stays.
Bunk room
Twin bunks that work best for kids, plus a king primary and a queen bedroom. The leather sleeper sofa adds a seventh bed if you need it.
BBQ grill
Communal lodge grills for burgers after a hike or a bluebird ski day.
Bikes and toys
Two bicycles and kid-friendly toys are on site for easy summer days around the lodge lawns. We do not guarantee the bikes, and tires may need air; a pump is in the closet.
Fast Wi-Fi
Free high-speed internet is included — strong enough for remote work and streaming after dinner.

- A lodge key fob on the hook by the door opens the indoor hot tub / steam room. A $150 fee applies if it is not returned.

- Check-in is 3:00 PM and checkout is 10:00 AM. Minimum stay and house rules are shown on the booking calendar and in your confirmation email. Lodge key fob: a $150 fee applies if it is not returned. Pets: Telluride Lodge only allows owners' dogs, so guest pets are not permitted.
